Viaja Fácil provides advice, design and coordination for tailored trips. Information on this site is for guidance only: it is not a booking, live availability or a guaranteed-rate offer. Each proposal is prepared around the dates, travellers and preferences you share.
Budgets, prices and planning fees
You may provide an estimated budget in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD), for the whole trip or per person, or ask for help defining it. It is not a quoted price. Rates, taxes, payment currency, benefits and availability are checked before each booking. If an itinerary requires a planning fee, we explain its scope and amount for your approval before that work begins.
Bookings and payments
Submitting a form or message does not confirm a booking or create a charge. Viaja Fácil does not process payments on this website. Confirmation depends on acceptance of the proposal, the supplier’s applicable terms and the payment process stated for each service.
Changes, cancellations and documents
Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the specific terms of each rate and supplier. Before you confirm a service, we explain the known policies and potential charges. Each traveller should check current entry, documentation and health requirements for their itinerary with official sources.
Support and contact
We provide follow-up before, during and after the trip within the scope of booked services and agreed contact channels and hours. For questions about a proposal or service, write to info@viajafacil.com.mx. These terms do not replace the specific conditions communicated and accepted for each booking.
