Data we process
We may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, departure point, destination, dates or flexible months, number of travellers, travel preferences, an optional budget in MXN or USD and comments you choose to provide. This form does not request payment-card data, passwords, passport details, official identification or sensitive personal data.
Purposes
We use this information to respond to your request, understand your travel needs, prepare and compare alternatives, verify availability and terms, coordinate services you authorise and follow up before, during and after a trip within the agreed scope. Optional first-party analytics are used only with your choice and exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text answers.
Processors, platforms and travel providers
The website uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including a D1 database, to host the service and store requests; Titan to operate email; WhatsApp/Meta when you choose that channel; and Fora to research and coordinate travel options when relevant. Hotels, airlines, tour operators, insurers and other selected travel providers receive only the information needed to quote or provide services you authorise. Some technology or travel providers may process information outside Mexico under their applicable terms and safeguards. When applicable law requires additional consent for a transfer, we will request it before making that transfer.
Retention
- Unconverted enquiries: 12 months from the last interaction.
- Operational preferences and client file: 24 months from the trip or last service interaction.
- Contracts, confirmations and documents evidencing rights or obligations: 10 years, or longer when a legal hold applies.
- First-party analytics without direct identifiers: 12 months.
At the end of the applicable period, information is blocked, anonymised or deleted unless a legal, contractual or dispute-related obligation requires its preservation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection (ARCO), withdraw consent or limit non-essential uses by writing to info@viajafacil.com.mx. Include your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the information concerned and a response channel. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security, cookies and changes
We apply reasonable access controls, data minimisation and operational traceability. No internet service can promise absolute security. Language and analytics choices are described in our cookie policy. Material changes to this notice will be published on this page with a new update date.
